- Temp license good for 90 days and issued only once
- The Board may take up to 7 weeks to process applications
- Criminal background check completed prior to application submission is not valid
- Can apply for a temp permit by endorsement

- Proof of current license
- Proof of licensure from every state ever licensed in
- Transcript required for anyone with original license in IL or FL
